Function Business English Facilitator

“RareJob Honki Juku” is the first step of RareJob’s new business, which offers a new system of leaning English to get progress within a short time.
“RareJob Honki Juku” is a new direction with the added element of “off-line” to our online English tutorials.
Honki Juku is a 3-month intensive course of business experience in English. Students participate in a 120 minute off-line session every week.
All off-line sessions include:
a workshop, which is designed by native English speakers and Honki Juku team staff.
Rare Job is hiring native English speakers as facilitators for Honki Juku.
Mainly but not limited to:
– Workshop facilitator
– Lesson content and material development
– Assessment
Specific details:
As a facilitator you are expected to
– prepare teaching contents and materials
– conduct workshops for different level of students
– assess and ensure progress of students
As a team member, the facilitator is expected to
– accomplish reports and administrative duties required by the team leader
– support other team members as needed
Requirements work experience (at least 3 years) AND/OR credentials in both areas:
*Education/Language (English, Communication)
*ESL/EFL Teaching
Experience and Knowledge
*ESL/EFL Teaching
*English Proficiency
*Time Management (and highly organized)
*Team player
*Highly proactive
*Highly independent
Prioritize applicants with knowledge/experience/background in: *Test preparation training TOEIC/TOEFL/IELTS
*Cross-cultural environment (particularly with Japanese nationalities)
*Leadership trainings (i.e. Business Communication)
*Experience of teaching (and/or managing) English language schools in Japan, and teaching group lessons of business course.
*Working experience as a business person in a company.

Work hour Regular hourking hours: 8 hours, Flexible-hours (10:00 ~17:00)
Probation period 3 months
